- Core recording, replay, map, photo and note features are free. Optional transcription and a short recap use credits.
- Recording
- One tap starts a recording; you can pause. It keeps recording with the screen locked, and shows a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. There is no hard length limit; storage is the only limit.
- Interruptions
- A call pauses the recording, and it picks back up in the same recording when it ends. Audio is saved as it records, so if the app crashes or the battery dies mid-recording, what was recorded so far is recovered the next time you open it. If AirPods disconnect, Yuho switches to the iPhone microphone and keeps recording.
- Transcription
- Optional. AI transcription auto-detects the language, or you can choose Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French or German.
- Privacy
- Your recordings, transcripts and photos are stored on your iPhone, not in the cloud. A Yuho account only carries your Pro plan and AI credits across devices. When you choose AI transcription or a recap, the audio or text is sent securely for processing and the result comes back to your phone.
